Growing late...

I’ve been thinking that Luna is already full-grown since last month, but she seems really growing recently. Every time I carry her, I feel she is getting heavier.
Luna is 18 pounds now, still relatively small compared to other corgis.

I guess that she is growing late, like mother, like daughter.
I started growing really late in 9th grade. Until then, my grandmother was so worried about me since any other relatives were big, but I was the only kid who was very small.

Feel like dancin'!

We keep on using Bowlingual.

When Luna was chasing her tail...
"I feel like dancin’!” Bowlingual analyzed.

When I start using a vacuum cleaner...
"Don't bother me."

When she was trying to wake me up...
"I'm feeling a little blue."

I cannot list every bark here, but the accuracy is more than I expected.

By the way, last night, when I was talking with my friend, Luna seemed jealous and barked.
I said, "Luna might be jealous."
Bowlingual analyzed this bark as "I'm jealous."
I am also accurate. :)

Home alone...

I used BowLingual for two hours in "Home alone mode", which tracks Luna's barking while I am away.

I can analyze her bark history after I’m home regarding what time she barked and what she meant at that time.
When I was going out, she said
"Why don't you talk to me?"
"I need a hug!"
"Just listen to me!"
“Look at me!”

Sorry for leaving you alone, Luna.
Anyway, it seems translating correctly...

こたつ

I am sorry, but I would like to start with Japanese...
今日は日本語で書きたい気分なので。

今、机に座って膝掛けをして仕事をしています。Lunaは私の膝掛けの下に潜り込んできて足下でねています。おかげで足下がほこほこしていて、ほりごたつにでも入っている気分なのであります。:)

What a small world!

We went to another dog park that we had never been before. At the park, I met a woman having an energetic girl dog. While we were chatting, we found that she is currently working for the company where I left; she told me that she went to Gotanda-office. :)
In addition to that, her dog was born one day before Luna was born. They were happily playing and got really muddy.

By the way, Luna is currently talking in her sleep although I am working... BUT, once I munch an apple, somehow she wakes up. How does she know...

Need subjects!

Yesterday, my friend, who is a researcher in Seattle, sent me e-mail and let me know the gudget called Bowlingual.
As you all know, I am a geek; so of course I have known it. However, I have never felt that I should get one.

Somehow, his message has motivated me to do some experiment of Bowlingual with Luna. To be honest, I have never met a person who bought and used Bowlingual. So I have placed an order. Hurrah!

I will do some experiment with Luna. If you would like to join this experiment, please let me know. Anyone who has dogs is qualified. :)

Luna in San Francisco

Luna and I visited my friend living in San Francisco. We went to Buena Vista park, walked around Haight Street, and ate Mexican food in Golden Gate Park. Well, Luna ate puppy cookies that I brought.

I really like towns having some history & story and like to feel something through a walk. I don’t feel anything that I feel in San Francisco while walking around my town, which is relatively new.
Luna was very popular on the street. As usual, she was saying “hi” to people and dogs.
It was a great weekend. :)

Special thanks to Brian

Digging, digging, digging...

As I wrote before, Luna got a cushion. But she really wanted to dig further and broke the zipper to dig inside...

When Luna is so into something, she is going crazy. Maybe like mother, like daughter...
