Quarantine

I made some research regarding the quarantine regulation for dogs that Japanese government made. First of all, dogs have to have a microchip on their body for its ID. Second, they have to get a rabies shot twice after getting microchip. Then, after doing blood exam, they have to wait for 180 days.

If I complete this process, Luna would wait up to 12 hours at a quarantine station.

In addition to that, I have to ask my doctor to fill in some document that I will submit to a quarantine officer. I have to get an endorsement from the US government before I am traveling. We still have several process to complete.

I am also doing some research regarding dog-friendly airline companies and will write about it near future.

I apologize not being able to updating this journal for a while.

In the end of 2005, Luna brought me a really wonderful thing to me, and now we are under transitional process. This year, Luna and I will move on. We are not 100% sure about when and where to move, but we are sure that we do.
